Lise McCarthy
Lise has been a member of the Winthrop Harbor community since 2005. She and her husband, Dana, have three daughters who all attend Zion-Benton Township High School. She has been a Winthrop Harbor School District #1 Board of Education member since 2016, currently serves as treasurer for AYSO 980, and chairs the administrative board of New Hope United Methodist Church in Waukegan. In her full time job as Disabilities and Mental Health Manager, Lise supports children and their families through referrals for suspected disabilities or mental health concerns and also ensures special education or other outside services are available and meeting the children’s needs. She works to empower families to advocate for their children. "I have been part of Community 365 since its creation in 2020 and I am excited to see how much growth we have made and the impact we have in our surrounding communities."

Dierdre Cook
Dierdre has lived in the Winthrop Harbor community since 2005. She and her husband Vince are raising their three children here. Since 2004 Dierdre has taught in the Winthrop Harbor School District. She is an active member of the Waukegan Band and North Suburban Wind Ensemble; she also serves on the board of the Waukegan Band Foundation. As a Community 365 Board member since the beginning, Dierdre values service to community and others and is excited for the opportunities Community 365 provides.

Lisa Rickert
Lisa has been with Community 365 since January of 2023. Lisa has lived in the Winthrop Harbor area her entire life and has been an active member of several not for profit organizations and clubs. Lisa along with her husband Jon have raised 2 sons and have owned a woodworking business in Winthrop Harbor for 24 years. Lisa also worked in the Winthrop Harbor School District for many years and loved being a part of the education and lives of our local youth. What Lisa loves most about Community 365 is that we get to work together and help fund and grow local activities and organizations right here in our community!

LeNette Van Haverbeke
LeNette is CFO of one of the longest standing businesses in our community, Mt. Olivet Memorial Park. She is very active in our community and also serves on the boards of the Kiwanis Club of Zion Benton and the Illinois Cemetery and Funeral Home Association. A founding member of Community 365, Inc., LeNette also loves to volunteer with the Miss Illinois Scholarship Organization as well as CYT Chicago. She and her husband, Diel, reside in Winthrop Harbor and have two daughters, a son-in-law, two grandkids, three dogs and a cat. Her hobbies include traveling and kayaking. "Volunteering is not about you, and it is not about me... it is about you and me."

Debbie Ogg
Debbie and her husband, Bob, have threee children: Emily, Becca, and Jake. She is a lifelong resident of Winthrop Harbor and has volunteered throughout our community in different capacities. Debbie enjoys being a part of Community 365 and the exciting opportunities this organization can bring to our cornerstone of Illinois.
Sheila McDaniel
As a mother of four, Sheila makes sure to stay very active in the school district and community. As chair person of our school committee, Cyclones 365, she advocates for our staff and students to make the school year remarkable. As our Little Miss 2023, her daughter's social impact initiative is: Education Matters, so Cyclones 365 is dear to her. Being a part of the community and school district brings her such joy! “Being a part Community 365 has given me the opportunity to bridge the gap between the school district and our village. Big things are yet to come, and I can’t wait”
Jean Vines
With three grown children, Jean has decided to make volunteering for her community a full-time job. She's currently involved with several different organizations in Lake County. She loves the joy and impact an event can bring to those around her. Her husband, Roger, along with her family and friends support her in any way they can. Even if it's being voluntold. "I'm proud to be a part of Community 365, who is doing amazing things in our cornerstone of Illinois."

Courtney Hutchison
Courtney was born and raised in Winthrop Harbor. She continues to reside in this closeknit community with her husband and their three children. Courtney is the Senior Legal Assistant/Paralegal and Office Manager for Del Re Law Group and has been for over 20 years. She finds her position most rewarding by assisting families of Lake County during difficult times. When Courtney is not attending her youngest’s cheer competitions, visiting her son at college, vacationing or spending quality time with family, she enjoys volunteering and being a part of the community.
